Guests can easily access the stunning waterfront, exceptional dining options, and the picturesque botanical gardens. the hotel allows you to explore all that Queenstown has to offer, including cafes, vibrant nightlife, and four-season lake and mountain activities. Breakfast at the grill was delightful and truly appetizing.

Good Located in the heart of town, this hotel offered exclusive amenities that met my luxurious needs. the room was spacious, with unique boutique decor. the staff was friendly, and the restaurant served an exquisite breakfast with fresh a la carte meals. I also enjoyed the Spa & wellness center for a relaxing massage.

Bad While I had an enjoyable stay, the noise level was high due to the central location. the hotel was also quite warm, even with the air conditioning, which was a minor inconvenience.

Great location, very close to all the main tourist attractions and restaurants, and easy to find. , the staff were very professional and helpful, giving us recommendations for tours and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a nice view. We also liked the comfortable bed.

We were very disappointed as the room was overpriced for what we received. We paid double the regular rate due to the peak season, and could not even lock the room door properly.

One fact that stood out to me was how spacious the room was, and another was how well-stocked the mini bar was. the hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the waterfront, and close to bars, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the breakfast was fantastic and the service was impeccable.

The noise from the nearby nightclub kept me up late into the night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Even with earplugs in, the music and noise were still too loud, making it a very unpleasant experience.

the location was perfect, being close to all the top-rated restaurants and the beautiful botanical gardens. the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making sure my stay was enjoyable. the breakfasts were phenomenal and the room had everything I needed in addition to spectacular views of the city.

The central location did have a downside as there was some noise in the evening that could disturb light sleepers.
